Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellation fees if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the arrival date. If it is cancelled between 2 and 6 days before the arrival date, you will be charged an amount equal to the first night's rate. If the booking is cancelled 1 day before the arrival date or on the same day, you will be charged an amount equal to the rate for two nights.

Guarantee policy
You will not be requested to make payment at the time of booking: the credit card is used only to secure the booking. In case of no-show and non-cancellation within the terms indicated your credit card will be charged the first night's rate, including taxes.

Children
From 0 to 2 years old, stay and meal are free of charge. From 2 to 12 years old, stay and meal are 50 % off. From 12 to 18 years old, stay and meal are charged as adults. These rates are effective only for children staying in their parents' room.
